B-FAST offers boats to Albania

North Albania suffered several floodings. As the Albanese authorities had not the capacity to deal with this disaster, they launched an official request for relief on Friday 8 January 2010.
The Belgian government responded – through B-FAST – by donating medicines as well as two flat-bottomed boats equipped with an outboard motor.
